ok you guys,
i have been drinking.

ASIDE FROM THIS: i am also now apparently pitching for my work softball league. this is a stressful responsibility and if anyone has been a softball pitcher before (slow pitch), please bestow your wisdom on me so that i might prosper and beat the other guy. a good sound beating. advice welcome. youtube videos of skillful pitching welcome. youtube videos generally welcome.

The only advice I ever got was: keep your fingers on the seams, and try to spin it out of your hand instead of just tossing it. Also follow through; don't stop moving your arm once the ball's out of your hand. ALSO ALSO VISUALIZE IT GOING PAST WHERE YOU WANT IT TO GO. Please keep in mind that I have not thrown a baseball since I was 12 though, and never for a legitimate team, and I was not very good at it anyway.
