Fic: Young lions. (Doctor Who, pre-series, the Master)

Young lions. This is really a story I never imagined writing. It's the childhood of the Doctor and the Master, very very pre-series. (Just Doctor and Master, not Doctor/Master.) It's only PG for one vague death reference, and a lot of youthful nonsense. Spoilers for Season Three.
