Okay, so, based on a conversation about the Doctor Who Series Six trailer that's circulating right now, I want to make a trailer of my own.




Without giving anything away, I can tell you that someone says something impressive and dramatic about the Doctor. It's no "fire and ice and rage and unpaid parking tickets" but it treads that ground a little. And I found myself thinking, why set expectations so high? The Doctor's got an enormous ego already. Plus he's probably going to accidentally drop you in a plague city on your birthday, when he spent all morning talking about Hong Kong Disneyland.

LOL! YES. This is the show I'm watching.

The panel for WONDER how he even gets those trousers on in the morning made me laugh especially hard. This is a person who chooses to accessorize with a fez and a mop, for crying out loud. He's ridiculous.

Have you seen the "1911 version" of the S6 trailer? It's really much more in this spirit and altogether wonderful.
