End of semester madness begins to chafe my brain.

orange_crushedThank God for that amazing bacon-onion-gooey-goodness-cheeseburger I ate yesterday. It fueled paper writing madness late into last night; so now, two papers done, one to go. Unfortunately, this is the project outside my field, which means that I am swimming neck-deep in books and theory without so much as water wings to keep me afloat. That metaphor got away from me, but: my depth, I can haz "being out of it."
Unrelated: I think I would pay someone actual money to make a KAT-TUN vid to The Lonely Island's "Jizz in My Pants." Like, their srs dancing and sex hips and omg, am dying again. I thought of this idea about twenty minutes ago and the hiccups have only started to subside. God, do I love them, in an unsettlingly unironic way.

Date: Friday, April 17th, 2009 11:18 am (UTC)And no, "Jizz in My Pants" is not really disgusting. It's actually weirdly layered- it's making fun of oversexed pop music lyrics, for one thing. But it also has a jab for anxiously macho guys that blame women for their own bad behavior/sexual inadequacy. All in a fairly catchy song, with facial expressions from Samberg that are still making my life.
